Greenfield Legal is happy to represent one of the leading  manufacturers of IT goods active in Luxembourg today. Part of an international  group, our client is entering a period of growth that will lead to exciting opportunities in the future. They are currently recruiting for a paralegal candidate to join their team involved with the entity and investment structure management here in Luxembourg (and internationally).

Your Duties:

Corporate maintenance responsibilities including drafting documents, board and stockholder actions, maintenance of minute books, corporate records and stock ledgers, option plan administration and other state and federal filing

Research statutory changes and prepare necessary documentation for attorney review and approval

Prepare and coordinate the preparation of the proper documentation for treasury funding

Prepare bank compliance letters, certificates, corporate agreements and Luxembourg entity-related documents

Assist Treasury Department with all agreements and consents

Coordinate annual shareholder meetings

Provide administrative support for the Luxembourg office

Provide support to the business attorneys in the area of compliance and commercial legal work

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience

Effective written and oral communication

Fluency in English, any other major European language to be considered as an asset

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally will legal education or equivalent. You will be comfortable in a paralegal role and will wish to develop your career further in this area.
